A unique and ancient tea from Guanxi, properly of the category “Hei Cha”, these aged leaves produce a healthy and soothing infusion like a smooth red wine. Not strictly Puer (an appellation restricted to Yunnan Hei Cha), this tea’s humid aging process is the precursor to the development of Shou (熟普洱) Puer tea in Kunming.

Put 5-7g of the tea (a whole tea scoop) into a warmed pot and pour on boiling water. Serve the tea after 6-8 minutes.
