Plum

Description

The traditional Chinese way of aromatising black tea. In this case the fruit is the plum. The recipe comes from the province of Guang Dong.

 

 

Preparation

Put 6g of tea into a tea filter, place in a warmed pot and pour on boiling water. After 3 minutes remove the filter and serve the tea.
