The highest grade of this line of teas, which will bear more further infusions. The leaves are dried in the sun, and a cup of Bai Mu Dan is said to calm the body and bring clarity of mind. Flat, light green leaves with brownish edges and abundant tips – downy silvery tips of the shoots. A sparklingly yellow infusion. The captivatingly subtle flowery aroma and delicate sweet flavour hides the great strength of this tea.

Put 5-7g of tea (a whole tea scoop) in a warmed pot and pour on water at 85°C (180-185 F). After 1 minute serve the tea with an extra pot of hot water on a burner for further infusions.
