Super Fine tips from the province of Yunnan. Hong Cha, known as “red tea” in China, is slowly making its appearance back on the tea market since the 2007 Pu-er Cha explosion. The delicate orange tips offer a rich sweet taste with hints of chocolate and deep forest aromas.

Preparation

This tea can be steeped several ways, either with a smaller quantity of leaf or more leaf for fuller flavor and more infusions.

Boil water, wait a couple of minutes then pour over tea. For large quantity of leaf, steep for 1 minute. For smaller quantity of leaf, steep 3 minutes.
