Stem or “leafstalk“ tea, , a rarity in this country. This tea is also usually the basis for the production of Hójicha. Light green leafstalks with an admixture of irregularly shaped leaves. The infusion is a fresh green in colour and has a subtle grassy aroma.

Put 5-8g of tea in a tea filter, place it in a pot and pour on water no more than 90°C hot (190 F). The tea is ready after 2 minutes.
